Student Services

The  Library 

The library is a place for reading, research, and studying. It contains print materials such as encyclopedias, periodicals, and other reading materials. It is a place where all Scholasticans can study, research or read leisure books during library time.

The Grade School Library is located at  Otillen Buiding, the Junior High School Library is located at the Main Building and the Senior High School Library is located at St. Benedict’s Building. All of these library centers are accessible to all Scholasticans’ needs.

The library is open on Mondays to Fridays from 7:30 – 5:00 pm 

Audio-Visual Room

The Audio-Visual Room is a venue for different functions such as performance tasks, extra-curricular activities, information drive and the like. It is a fully air-conditioned room conducive for watching, listening and learning. 

The Grade School AVR is beside the Grade School Library which is at the Otillen Building. The High School AVR is loacated at St. Benedict’s Building. 

The AVR is open from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Student Development and Wellness Center (SDWC)  

The Student Development and Wellness Center is established as an integral part of the school program to help and promote the holistic development of the students and the whole school community. The center believes that every person is a unique individual whose needs and concerns must be met with individual attention and understanding. To assist each student in developing her capacity to the fullest, the students are encouraged to avail of the services rendered by the center. 

The center is open from Monday to Wednesday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday to Friday from 7:00 – 4:30 pm

The Campus Ministry Office (CMO)

The Campus Ministry Office provides opportunities for psycho-spiritual activities such as:

Liturgical – Holy Masses, Morning Prause, Midday Prayer, First Communion, Confirmation, Confession

Pastoral – Home visitation, Exposure, Recollections, Pastoral Counseling

Spiritual Renewal – Recollections, Retreats, Conferences on Benedictine Vocation Awareness

Clinic

The Clinic offers medical and dental services anytime during the school hours to students who are in need of these services

  • A student who is sick should ask permission from the teacher in the classroom to go to the clinic
  • Upon her return, she should present the clinic slip to the teacher
  • In case a student is advised to go home, the school nurse calls the parents to pick her up. The clinic slip should be presented to the coordinator for Student Formation and Services who in turn, issues a Permit-to-Leave Slip
